Virginia Commonwealth University Autism Center for Excellence (VCU-ACE) -Provides opportunities for online training and lectures as well as information on ASD’s, services available, information related to research and evidence based practices for children and adults.
Center for Disease Control and Prevention – Find information about ASD and stay up to date on key research findings and statistics.
CDC’s “Learn the Signs. Act Early” Program – Free online training module to help health practitioners identify autism. Information on early identification and diagnosis of ASD.
Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services
Virginia Department of Education (VDOE) – Provides information on the educational diagnosis of autism, information on educational services available to the student, and transition to adulthood.
