Our history

The Center for Pediatric Therapies was established in 2001 to meet a need for specialized therapy services for children in Danville, Virginia. Since 2001, we have expanded to three additional locations in Martinsville, South Boston, and Lynchburg, Virginia.  In 2004, Building Blocks Center for Autism was established as a division of CPT to be a resource for children with Autism Spectrum Disorders.
